As a member of the Palace Young Company at Watford Palace Theatre, I was able to get involved in this exciting project. The idea was that we'd change Rebecca Brower's design of the 1970s-themed Abigail's House Party into a version set in the modern day.

I was mostly involved in the R&D phase, where we looked at items of set, props and posters we could change to make everything look more contemporary. As well as this, I also got the chance to be involved in devising the production.
